kyatm10 Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction & Agreement

By accessing the kyatm10 platform, registering an account, or playing any game, the player is considered to have fully read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not continue to use the platform.

This document is a legally binding agreement between kyatm10 and the player. kyatm10 may amend these terms and conditions with prior notice when improvements to the platform or changes in legal requirements make it necessary. Continuing to use the platform after amendments take effect will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Account Registration & Minimum Age Requirement

Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to use the kyatm10 platform. Providing services to anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If it is found that the age given is incorrect, kyatm10 will close that account immediately and any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with the law.

One Account Per Person

Each player may only register one account at kyatm10. If duplicate accounts belonging to the same person are found, all associated accounts will be closed without prior notice and remaining balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

The name, date of birth and contact details provided when registering must be accurate and correct. kyatm10 may block withdrawal requests on accounts opened with incorrect information.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

Deposits at kyatm10 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer. Deposits must come from a phone number or bank account in the player's own name that is linked to the chosen payment method. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit — 5,000 Ks for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal — 30,000 Ks
• Processing time — within 5–30 minutes once identity verification is complete

Withdrawal Conditions

A player requesting a withdrawal must have completed verification on their kyatm10 account. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw using a different method, additional checks may be required.

Situations That May Block Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be suspended until bonus wagering requirements are met. If there is any suspicion of illegal activity or money laundering, kyatm10 has the right to freeze funds and conduct an investigation in accordance with the law.

04 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome bonus

At kyatm10, you can claim a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

Example:

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 120,000 Ks, you receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving a balance of 220,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

Bonus Restrictions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is completed can be withdrawn. You can play any game with a bonus, but different games contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement.

Promotion Fair Use

Attempting to exploit bonuses by repeatedly cycling bonus funds without genuine deposits (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited. If this behavior is detected, all bonus-related balances may be voided and the account may be closed.

05 Responsible Gaming and Limits

kyatm10 takes responsible gaming seriously. Players can request deposit limits, wagering limits, and session time limits to help manage their play.

Self-exclusion requests can be made through kyatm10's support team via 24/7 Live Chat. Once self-exclusion is active, the account will not be permitted to log in or play until the exclusion period ends.

• Playing on this platform carries a risk of financial loss — only play with money you can afford to lose.
• Playing with borrowed money is strictly prohibited.

06 Prohibited Activities

Players are not permitted to carry out any of the following activities on the kyatm10 platform:

• Money laundering or financial fraud
• Exploiting software bugs, placing hedge bets, or using bonus arbitrage to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack accounts or using bots to play automatically
• Match-fixing or manipulating game outcomes for personal gain
• Opening and playing an account under a third party's name

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, kyatm10 may freeze funds, close the account, and take action in accordance with the law.

07 VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The kyatm10 VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A player's VIP level increases based on their play history and total wagered amount.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback is calculated based on weekly losses and paid directly into the player's kyatm10 account. Cashback funds are not subject to any bonus wagering requirement.

08 Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

kyatm10's customer support team is available in Burmese 24/7 via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

If you encounter a dispute, you should first raise it through Live Chat. If the support team is unable to resolve it, the matter can be escalated to director level for review, and the final decision will be made by management.

If you bypass kyatm10's decision and attempt to recover funds through a third-party chargeback, the platform reserves the right to take legal action.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

kyatm10 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology. Players' data will not be sold to or shared without authorization with any third party. For details on how information is collected, stored, and deleted, please read our Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

kyatm10 strives to keep the platform available 24/7, but the service may be temporarily interrupted due to technical issues, server maintenance, communication failures, or other causes beyond its control. In such cases, kyatm10 is not responsible for any games lost by players.

Game results are generated by random number generator (RNG) technology and are not pre-arranged by kyatm10. A player's wins and losses are the result of their own decisions, and no claims can be made against kyatm10.

11 Copyright and Intellectual Property

The website design, logo, graphics, software systems, and databases of kyatm10 are protected under kyatm10's copyright laws. Players may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without authorization.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

kyatm10 may close or suspend any player's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• If these terms and conditions are violated
• If money laundering is suspected
• If an account is found to have been opened with false information
• If cooperation is required under legal provisions

A player may appeal to the support team regarding their account closure, and kyatm10 will review the case and decide whether to reopen the account or not.

13 Policy Updates and Actions

kyatm10 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be displayed at login or sent to players' registered email addresses.

The Myanmar language version of these terms and conditions is the official version. If there is any discrepancy between it and any translated version, the Myanmar language version shall take precedence.
